Gift Cards

Body Shop E-Gift Vouchers are redeemable at the Body Shop stores and website in India only. E-Gift Voucher cannot be cashed or refunded and can be redeemed only on purchase of the Body Shop products. The Body Shop E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. No cash will be refunded even if the purchase value is less than the voucher value. Unlimited E-Gift Voucher can be clubbed against single billing. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the E-Gift Voucher, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card or debit card. E-Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed partially. In case of lost or missing E-vouchers no replacement would be provided. It is mandatory to present the E-Gift Voucher at the time of purchase/ billing. E-Gift Vouchers can be used during the sales period. E-Gift Voucher can be clubbed with existing offers in store. Any unused balance on the E-Gift Voucher cannot be cashed or refunded. E-Gift Voucher validity cannot be extended /cannot issue new E-Gift Voucher post expiry.
