Sign in with OTP at www.jockey.in or the Jockey App. Add your preferred items to the shopping cart. Open the cart drawer and click on “Add Gift Card / Voucher” (if not already added to Jockey credit). Enter your Gift Card or Voucher number. Complete the Captcha verification and accept “Terms and conditions of Jockey Credit”. Click “Apply” to add the balance to your Jockey credit. Once added, view your available Jockey credit balance in the cart drawer under Available Credits. Select the amount you wish to redeem from your Jockey credit balance. The redemption amount cannot exceed the cart value. Click Redeem & Confirm to apply the Jockey credits balance to your cart. Click Place Order and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address and select your preferred payment method. If the purchase value exceeds the available Jockey credits balance, the remaining amount must be paid using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or any other digital payment methods available on the platform. Complete the payment to successfully place the order.
Terms and Conditions
1. The gift card/voucher can be redeemed for the products available on www.jockey.in or Jockey India App. This card cannot be used outside of India. 2. Every holder of gift cards/vouchers shall be required to add the value stored on such gift cards/vouchers into the www.jockey.in or Jockey India’s App User Account as a pre-requisite for the redemption of the balance. The loading of the Gift Card into the User’s Account shall be deemed to constitute the User’s registration on our platform. This registration is completed through OTP authentication generated via a valid mobile number login, which is a mandatory requirement. 3. Upon redemption, the gift card balance shall be credited to the Jockey credit, which may be used for multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted or the gift card/voucher credit has expired. 4. The gift cards/vouchers balance can be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products only on the Jockey India website and Jockey India App. 5. Issuer assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the Gift Cards and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. 6. The gift card/voucher shall have a minimum validity of 12 Months from the date of last loading, or such longer validity as may be specified at the time of issuance. 7. This Gift card is not reloadable. 8. This gift card/voucher is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit. 9. No refunds will be provided for any unused balance on the Gift card/voucher/Jockey credit. 10. Expired Gift card/voucher or Jockey credit cannot be revalidated. 11. PAGE shall not be liable for any gift cards/vouchers/credits that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. 12. Terms and conditions may be changed by PAGE without prior notice. 13. The Jockey credit is subject to the terms and conditions of PAGE, which may be amended from time to time in its sole discretion. 14. PAGE reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Jockey credit program at any time without prior notice. 15. All disputes whatsoever regarding any aspect of this E-Gift card shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. PAGE holds the final authority
